Welcome to FCC Ltd's Customer Services. In this section, we hope to answer all your questions about ordering online from us, however if you still require more information please do not hesitate to call us on 01208 79909 or email us using our "Contact Us" facility. Our experienced staff would be pleased to offer advice if you are thinking about purchasing one of our products, or technical assistance if you are experiencing a problem with an existing model of our manufacture. DELIVERY INFORMATION
FOR UK DESTINATIONS, DELIVERY IS FREE. Depending upon the weight and size of the product you have ordered, our standard service is either Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or Parcelforce 48 hour delivery (signature required upon delivery). If your order is urgent and you would like an accelerated service, please contact us for a quote.
FOR DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK, WE CHARGE SHIPPING AT COST: Please contact us by phone or email, advising us of the product reference and the country for delivery and we will quote. We use Parcelforce, TNT and DHL.
Where possible, we aim to despatch within 24hours of receipt of order (Monday to Friday). In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email advising you of an approximate delivery date.
RETURNS POLICY
Should you wish to return an item, please first contact us by phone on 01208 79909 or email post@fccprecision.co.uk. We will refund the original cost of the item, but regret we cannot refund any carriage charge incurred at the time of purchase. The refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Goods for refund must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase at the customer's expense in the original packaging and received by us in a new and merchantable condition which is fit for purpose.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee the movements in our instruments for a period of 2 years from date of purchase (proof of purchase required). This guarantee does not cover the case, frame or glass, nor does it cover damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. The guarantee does not cover Ships 8 Bell Clocks or Barographs; a separate guarantee is enclosed with these instruments.
